For us in DHL, we do a lot of calls from desk as well as work from home at times. I do have plenty of audio options available in terms of speaking and hearing during my calls using cisco softphone or skype for business call. Using the speaker and mic of the laptop was an option but it lacks privacy and the quality of speaker of laptop is not as good.
