Turn on and connect your device to your computer. Depending on your product, this could be by connecting the USB cable, Jabra Link Bluetooth adapter, or Jabra Link DECT adapter. In Jabra Direct, select your device. If a firmware update is available, this will be indicated by an Update now button.

To pair your Jabra Speak 510 with your mobile phone, follow these steps: 1. Press and hold the Bluetooth button for 2 seconds. 2. Turn on Bluetooth on your mobile phone, and then select Jabra Speak 510. Enter “0000” (four zeros) if you are asked for a PIN. To pair your Jabra Speak 510 with a Bluetooth headset, follow these steps: 1. Press and hold the Bluetooth button for 8 seconds until it flashes green. 2. Set your Bluetooth headset in pairing mode, and then pair the devices.

For Jabra devices that support simultaneous pairing with multiple devices, also known as Multiuse, the pairing scheme works in the following way: 8 – number of paired devices that your Jabra device will remember. If you attempt to pair a 9th device, it will replace the device that was first paired of the existing paired devices. 2 – number of paired devices that your headset can connect to simultaneously. For example, you can connect your headset to two mobile devices at the same time. 1 – number of paired devices that can play audio at the same time.

The Jabra Speak 510 does not have the option to perform a complete reset. You can use Jabra Direct – latest version to change the device settings.

To manually set your Jabra device as the default audio device, follow these steps. Open the Sound settings on your computer. For example, in the taskbar, right-click the Sound icon, and then click Open Sound settings. In the Output and Input sections, select your Jabra device from the drop-down lists. If you are using a Jabra wireless device, select the connected Bluetooth adapter, such as the Jabra Link 380.
