To enable remote management of the Jabra PanaCast 50 through Jabra Xpress, set up an Ethernet or Wi-Fi connection between the PanaCast 50 and your organisation’s network. You can configure these settings in Jabra Direct > PanaCast 50 > Settings > General.
The Jabra PanaCast 50 features four speakers – two 50mm woofers and two 20mm tweeters. The woofers are placed in a zero-vibration configuration to eliminate rattles and potential noises. However, because three of the four speakers are placed on the same side, you may notice more audio coming from the left.
Full duplex refers to the two-way transmission of audio when talking on a device. With full duplex audio, everyone on a call can speak and be heard clearly and simultaneously.
The Jabra PanaCast 50 remote control is supplied with a standard coin cell battery that has an expected life span of 3 years. The coin cell battery cannot be recharged, but you can replace it. To replace the battery, open the battery compartment using a screw driver. Take care to follow the necessary precautionary measures.
A Zoom certified Jabra device has been tested against all the Zoom desktop client functions, such as online meetings, video and calls and meets the technical and acoustic requirements set by Zoom. In addition, using a Zoom certified device in combination with Jabra Direct will improve your experience if you are also using other softphones.
