Jabra Connect as 'data processor (or sub-processor)': Jabra Connect acts as the data processor for the personal data you provide to us when you activate and use the Jabra Connect service or products or software through any of the Jabra Connect affiliated partners who are authorized to sell the Jabra Connect service or products or software. When Jabra Connect acts as the data processor, all processing of your personal data by Jabra Connect will be governed by a data processing agreement between Jabra Connect and the partner, and this data processing agreement will constitute Jabra Connect legal basis for the processing
